It lets you create professional invoices from both web and mobile, personalise your templates, and save time with quotes and recurring invoices. Everything you need to manage invoicing like a pro, without diving into full accounting.

Bookkeeping, at €19.9 per month (excluding VAT) in the yearly plan, is ideal for those who want to manage their full accounting and expenses. You can track your income and spending, access all features on web, and collaborate easily with your accountant.

Important to note: if you don’t charge VAT because of your activity or you have a small business, this plan also gives you access to our tax coaches and to your yearly closing tax returns, so you can manage everything yourself, if you want.

Yes, all of our plans are available as a yearly and a monthly subscription.

If you choose a yearly subscription, you pay for the entire year at once, but you enjoy a 25% discount. If you choose a monthly subscription, you pay for your subscription on a monthly basis. You can choose to go from a monthly to a yearly subscription at any time, and vice versa.

Regardless of your plan, you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time.

If you have a monthly subscription, it means that when you cancel your subscription, your subscription will end 1 month after your last payment and you won’t be billed again.

Similarly, if you have a yearly subscription, it means that if you cancel your subscription, your subscription will end 1 year after your last payment and you won’t be billed again.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this either via the App Store or via our subscription page on desktop. If you have a monthly subscription, this means that your subscription will end 1 month after your last payment and you will no longer be billed. If you have an annual subscription, this means that your subscription will end 1 year after your last payment and you will not be billed.

We offer a guarantee for all tax returns created with Accountable. This means that in case of errors due to the Accountable app, we will refund any resulting back taxes up to 500€. You can currently get 80% discount on all plans for 3 months. This discount is only valid for customers who have never used the paid version of Accountable before. To activate the discount, simply register via the app or website and then log in on the website using a computer. The discount will then be applied automatically. With monthly billing, you pay for three months with a 80% discount and then the regular price thereafter. You can cancel at any time before the next payment. If you choose annual billing, you pay once for 3 months with a 80% discount and 9 months at the reduced annual price (20% cheaper than the monthly price). This means the overall benefit of the promotion is 20% over the year. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
