At Accountable, we value your hard work. That’s why we’ve introduced a 2% bonus on invoices—a reward that helps you make the most of your earnings while seamlessly managing your accounting, taxes, and finances. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how it works and what you need to know.
To qualify for our 2% Invoice Bonus program (“Bonus Program”), you must:
Invoices must be genuine. You agree that if you submit fraudulent or fake invoices, attempt to do so, or try to misuse the Bonus Program, you will be disqualified from the Bonus Program and you agree to refund any amounts priorly received under the Bonus Program. You also acknowledge that these actions would constitute an infringement of our general terms and conditions, which may lead to account termination.
Self-billing or intercompany invoices will also not qualify for the Bonus Program. [C1]
If you no longer qualify for the Bonus Program under the above terms (for example if you downgrade your Accountable plan), you acknowledge that you are not entitled to receive any bonus payouts from that moment forward.
If you qualify for the Bonus Program, you will receive an additional payment (bonus) of 2% of the total invoice amount received[C2] , excluding VAT.
The maximum payout under the Bonus Program is capped at €250 per 12-month period[C3] , with the first 12-month period starting on the date you receive your first bonus payment. We aim to process bonus payouts monthly and the bonus payout will be credited to your Main Account within five business days after the start of each new month.
Accountable reserves the right to terminate or change the Bonus Program at any time. Changes that have no material and negative impact on you, will be implemented in these terms and conditions without notice.
In the event that we terminate the Bonus Program or change it in a manner that would affect you in a material and negative manner, we will inform you of the upcoming changes, and provide one month's notice. We may give notice via our website www.accountable.de, and do not need to provide notice to each user individually. We are entitled to terminate the Bonus Program on a shorter notice if we are required to do so for legal reasons, business reasons or misuse of the Bonus Program.
The Bonus Program is subject to a fair use policy, and any misuse or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the program, and your forfeiture and refund of any accrued bonuses. In cases of suspected fraud, Accountable may withhold bonus payments. Each user is allowed only one Accountable Banking account. You allow us to review and audit your invoices, so that we can verify their accuracy.
The Bonus Program is subject to German law, and you and Accountable agree to try to settle any issues amicably.
Accountable may update these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
By participating in the Bonus Program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, ensuring a fair and rewarding experience for all.
